NOMU NOMS online store is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

How much does shipping cost?

There’s a flat rate fee of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We pack & ship between 2 – 5 working days of receiving your online order, however we cannot control the time spent in transit with Australia Post or transport companies. If you’d like to track an order, please email us at hello@nomunoms.com.au & we will do our best to locate your parcel.

How will my delivery be sent?

We take careful consideration to environmental factors when shipping your order in our custom shipping boxes (made from recyclable materials). Our chocolates contain clean ingredients including no synthesized fats so therefore the melting temperature is something to consider! At times in our warmer climate we must use insulating packaging. We encourage you to re-use and repurpose the insulating material, as it’s not recyclable however we want to ensure a safe delivery of your much anticipated NOMS!

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Not at the moment but very soon YES!
